How to read a share of wins
India’s share of wins divides India wins by all matches with a recorded winner in that group. It excludes draws, ties and other outcomes. A Test win share can therefore differ from wins divided by all Tests. The full counts remain visible so either denominator can be reconstructed.
This record includes the available matches in the site’s published scope. It does not adjust for home advantage or identify a stronger team today. Start with a format and gender, inspect the time span, then use the linked scorecards to examine a narrower period.
